Descrição: A new dynamical scheme of hadronization for nonleptonic decays is proposed. As testable consequences, new predictions over the <math>\operatorname{F^+}</math> lifetime, over the branching ratio <math>BR(F^+\rightarrow \ell \nu X)</math> and over the decay <math>F^+\rightarrow \pi^+\pi^0</math> (implying violation of the <math>\operatorname{\Delta I=1}</math> rule) are given.
