The Electric Field Gradient (EFG) at diluted <math>Cd^{111}\,\!</math> in <math>YBa_{2}Cu_{3}O_{x}\,\!</math> was measured by Angular Correlation (AC). In order to determine the atom-probe localization, AC measurements were also performed on <math> Y_{2}Ba CuO_{5}\,\!</math> and <math>Y_{2}Cu_{2}O_{5}\,\!</math>. A nuclear electric quadrupole interaction frequency (NQIF) was associated with <math>Cd^{111}\,\!</math> in <math>YBa_{2}Cu_{3}O_{x}\,\!</math> <math>Cu(1)\,\!</math> site.
