<dd>A new dynamical scheme of hadronization for nonleptonic decays is proposed. As testable consequences, new predictions over the &lt;math&gt;\operatorname{F^+}&lt;/math&gt; lifetime, over the branching ratio &lt;math&gt;BR(F^+\rightarrow \ell \nu X)&lt;/math&gt; and over the decay &lt;math&gt;F^+\rightarrow \pi^+\pi^0&lt;/math&gt; (implying violation of the &lt;math&gt;\operatorname{\Delta I=1}&lt;/math&gt; rule) are given.</dd>
