- We present a theory of gravity wich considers the topological invariant <math>I=R^*_{\alpha \beta \mu \nu} R^{\alpha \beta \mu \nu}</math> as one of the basic quantities to be present in the description of the dynamics of gravitational interactions. A cosmical scenario induced by this theory is sketched.
