- We study the effect of a heavy neutral particle in the process <math>e^{{+}}e^{{-}}\rightarrow W^{{+}}W^{{-}}</math>. From the unitarity of the cross section we have limits on the mass and couplings of the N. Considering the contribution of this heavy particle to the anomalous magnetic moment of the electron we infer a limit to the mixing angle between ordinary and excited (heavy) matter.
