Descripción: We consider some observed decays of the ?c which should be forbidden in the perturbative <math>QCD\,\!</math> description of exclusive reactions: <math> \eta_c \rightarrow \rho \rho, K^{*} \bar{K}^{*}, \phi \phi </math>. It is shown explicitely that quark mass corrections do not help and still give a zero result. Also the experimental value for the decay rate <math>\Gamma (\eta_c \rightarrow p \bar{p})</math> is argued to be anomalously large. Implications for the perturbative <math>QCD\,\!</math> scheme are discussed and some other possible explanations of the data are suggested.
