- In this letter, we present the action for the massive super-<math>QED_{2+2}\,\!</math> . A pair of chiral and a pair of anti-chiral superfields with opposite <math>U(1)\,\!</math>-charges are required. We also carry out a dimensional reduction à la Scherk from <math>(2 + 2)\,\!</math> to <math>(1 + 2)\,\!</math> dimensions, and we show that, after suitable truncations are performed, the supersymmetric extension of the <math>\tau_{3}QED_{1+2}\,\!</math> naturally comes out.
