Recently, Stech found form factor relations for heavy to light transitions based on two simple dynamical assumptions for spectator partical. In this work we generalize his ap­ proach to the case of baryons and find that for <math>\Lambda_Q\rightarrow \Lambda (Q = b\ \mbox{or} \ c)</math> only one independent form factor remains in limit <math>m_Q\rightarrow \infty</math>. Furthermore, combining with the model of Guo and Kroll we determine both of the two form factors for <math>\Lambda_Q\rightarrow \Lambda</math> in the heavy quark limit. The results are applied to <math>\Lambda_b\rightarrow \Lambda + J/\psi\!\,</math> which is not clarified both theoretically and experimentally. It is found that the branching ratio of <math>\Lambda_b\rightarrow A+J/\psi\!\,</math> is of order <math>10^{-5}\!\,</math>.
