## **Abstract**

Neste trabalho, mostramos que o modelo de tubo de fogo, utilizado anteriormente para explicar a produção de hádrons leves, é capaz de descrever também a produção de partículas charmosas em colisões hadrônicas. Para isso, discutimos a possibilidade de um campo cromoelétrico intenso ser criado entre dois hádrons que colidem, devido a troca de alguns glúons, mostrando que esta visão é consistente com o mecanismo não-perturbativo de Schwinger para a produção de charme.
