Description
The skin effect should be a neat tool for measuring fractal dimensionalities of rough conductors. By assuming the well known expression for the skin depth <math> \delta \propto 1/ \sqrt \omega </math> (where <math> \omega\,\! </math> is the frequency of the electromagnetic field), we obtain, for the ''electrical resistance'' and for ''the etectromagnetic power dissipation'', power-law dependences (on the applied frequency) with ''anomalous exponents'' directly related to relevant fractal dimensionalities.
