- Description
- We propose a method to simultaneously perform a symmetry adaptation and a labeling of the bases of the irreducible representations of the solvable finite groups. It is performed by defining a self-adjoint operator with eigenvalues which evidence the descent in symmetry of the group-subgroups sequences. We also prove two theorems on the canonicity of the composition series of the solvable groups.
