<dd>Within the framework of a recently generalized Statistical Mechanics and Thermodynamics, we establish the Fluctuation-dissipation theorem for magnetic systems, as well as an integral transformation (Hilhorst formula) which enables a quick derivation of the specific heat and the equation of states for the d-dimensional classical ideal gas. We finally discuss possible applications of this formalism to Condensed Matter Physics, Astrophysics and other areas.</dd>
