- Description
- We propose two different unifications of the Metropolis, the Glauber and the Heat-Bath dynamics for the Ising model. Both generalizations satisfy detailed balance. Computer simulations for the d = 2 Ising ferromagnet suggest that, ''in all cases'' , the correct magnetization, specific heat and susceptibility are recovered. The fundamental implications are discussed.
