<dd>Recently, Stech found form factor relations for heavy to light transitions based on two simple dynamical assumptions for spectator partical. In this work we generalize his ap­ proach to the case of baryons and find that for &lt;math&gt;\Lambda_Q\rightarrow \Lambda (Q = b\ \mbox{or} \ c)&lt;/math&gt; only one independent form factor remains in limit &lt;math&gt;m_Q\rightarrow \infty&lt;/math&gt;. Furthermore, combining with the model of Guo and Kroll we determine both of the two form factors for &lt;math&gt;\Lambda_Q\rightarrow \Lambda&lt;/math&gt; in the heavy quark limit. The results are applied to &lt;math&gt;\Lambda_b\rightarrow \Lambda + J/\psi\!\,&lt;/math&gt; which is not clarified both theoretically and experimentally. It is found that the branching ratio of &lt;math&gt;\Lambda_b\rightarrow A+J/\psi\!\,&lt;/math&gt; is of order &lt;math&gt;10^{-5}\!\,&lt;/math&gt;.</dd>
