Description
The role of s-channel unitarity in DIS hard diffraction is discussed with special emphasise on the following issues: 1) Froissart-'Martin and s-channel unitarity bounds and their implied bound for <math>xG ( x, Q^2 ). 2)\,\!</math> The <math> Q^2\,\!</math> dependence of the hard Pomeron intercept <math>\alpha_P(0). 3)\,\!</math> The t-dependence of diffractive electroproduction of vector mesons: shrinkage and diffraction dips. 4) The determination of <math>\Psi^V(0,z)\,\!</math>, the vector meson wave function at the origin, from vector meson electroproduction.
