- We evaluate explicitly the quark-antiquark static potential on Quantum Chromodynamics Q.C.D. $(SU(3))$ by using the Dimensional Regularization scheme in the context of the Mandelstam approximation for the Gluonic interaction. We obtain its charge confining behavior in opposition to the expected result of a screnning charge dynamics.
